This notice explains what personal data Blueprint Studios processes, why, and the rights you have under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and applicable regulations.
1. Data controller
Blueprint Studios ("we", "us"), based in İstanbul, Türkiye, is the data controller for personal data processed through blueprintstudios.tr and the Blueprint application at app.blueprintstudios.tr.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, email, and authentication identifiers (e.g. Google sign-in).
- Content you provide — briefs, scripts, reference images, and project assets you upload or generate.
- Usage data — credits used, generation activity, and basic device/log information.
- Billing data — subscription and payment status (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details).
3. Why we process it
To provide and operate the service, run your productions, manage credits and billing, secure the platform, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. We process data on the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation, and — where required — your explicit consent.
4. Storage & transfers
Your data is stored with the cloud infrastructure providers we use (e.g. Vercel, Neon); as of today their servers are located outside Türkiye. Where we use processors (e.g. cloud, AI model, and payment providers), we aim to apply appropriate safeguards for any cross-border transfer in line with KVKK requirements.
5. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may request to learn whether your data is processed, access it, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and request that third parties be notified of corrections. To exercise these rights, contact us at hi@blueprintstudios.tr.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
