Terms of Service

By accessing or using Blueprint Studios (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. Access

The Service is currently invite-only. We may grant, limit, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, to misrepresent real people without rights or consent, or to bypass usage, security, or rate limits. You must hold the necessary rights to any material you upload as a reference.

3. Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the briefs, references, and outputs in your projects. You grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for how you use generated outputs, including any required clearances.

4. Credits & billing

Generation consumes credits. Plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time; credits and plan features are described on the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. AI-generated output

Outputs are produced by AI models and may contain errors or artifacts. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blueprint Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
